Raised in the family business, Don cut his teeth in the field, first as a laborer moving up to superintendent and then project manager. Don assumed the CEO position of the company in 2003. He works to understand and identify the client’s vision and expectations while focusing on preconstruction planning for each project.
Don works closely with and provides support and guidance to the project team to facilitate estimating, planning, scheduling, and controlling the project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. Don also facilitates preconstruction planning and keeps all lines of communication open during construction to ensure efficient project closeout.
